Business Development Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for designing an effective marketing strategy, including aspects of sales, marketing and promotion as well as for expanding the distribution of our products.
2. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of an effective and efficient marketing strategy
3. Responsible for sales development according to the marketing strategy
4. Collaborate with the Marketing division to prepare activity plans (Events, Sponsorship, Brand Activation, etc.) in order to increase sales, starting from preparation, execution, to supervision and preparation of evaluation reports on activities
5. Conduct sales analysis & determine the development of marketing strategies based on sales effectiveness

Requirements:
- Minimum education: S1 all majors, preferably Business Development, Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development or related field
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Have knowledge of digital marketing
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
