- Flu & Cough relief: put 1-3 drops into bowl with boiling water & breathe in the steam. Cover eyes. Mix a few drops of Breathe with carrier oil/lotion and massage into chest/feet.
- Cold & Hot Compress: Hot or Cold compress: soak a towel in hot or cold water, add a few drops of essential oil, and place over the targeted area.
